Welcome to The Pure Mix (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our streaming media hosting platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

2. User Responsibilities

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.

3. Copyright and Content Ownership

  • You retain all rights to your content, but by uploading it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, stream, cache, reproduce, and distribute the content as necessary to operate and promote the Service.

  • You must only upload content you have the legal right to use and share.

  • We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that allegedly infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights.

4. Abuse Prevention & Monitoring

We actively monitor the platform for signs of abuse, including:

  • Automated scanning for known illegal content

  • User reporting mechanisms

  • AI and human moderation tools

We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of abuse and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms or for conduct harmful to the platform or other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Indemnification

These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
